Made an online reservation via Tabelog, went very smoothly: 1:30 pm, relaxed atmosphere.
The staff was very friendly and the chef cooks the meat and vegetables in front of you, and gave tips on how to best enjoy the meat if it's your first time experiencing A5 Kobe Beef. I recommend picking the sirloin or ChateauBriand if possible to fully enjoy the quality of the beef. The downtime between courses was also minimal, so you can enjoy your food efficiently if you so desire.
